Belly Dance Goddess Workout: Experience the ultimate workout, a fusion of belly dance for cardio, Pilates for core strength, and yoga for stretching, balance and serenity. Learn basic moves, transcend your worries, expand your social network and partake in special outings and events ! No previous dance experience necessary. Wear workout attire or loose clothing, slippers or bare feet. Bring a yoga mat and a hip scarf.

Belly Dance Styles: Learn different belly dance styles, from cabaret to fusion, cymbals, and choreography. Previous belly dance instruction is recommended. Bring hip scarf and 3–4 yard veil to start.


Thursdays: 7:30 - 9:00 pm

Advanced Belly Dance

Instructor approval required


Fridays: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Beginning & Intermediate Belly Dance


This summer, the drop in fee is $10 for all classes.
